Blue Cake Company cakes taste great. They are beautiful too. The people there were very easy to work with!!!! And the cost is VERY reasonable!!! My one complaint is that the colors looked a little different on the actual cake than I was expecting based on the picture we were mimicing. It was still great though!

We ordered our wedding and groom's cake from the Blue Cake Company. The cakes looked and tasted good, but she was a little late to arrive and get them set up. Other than that, it worked out fine.

We got our cake from the Blue Cake Company. It was very easy and they were very helpful. However they were 2 hours late delivering the cake and we told them to be there 2 hours early b/c we had heard before they were known for being late on deliveries. But the cake looked and tasted fantastic!!

If you are considering using the blue cake company for any decorated cake, DO NOT. Thier cake construction and decoration are sub par at best. My wedding cake had huge cracks and wrinkles in the fondant, the design was not what I had asked for, one tier was a whole inch shorter than the others, the cardboard under each tier was not covered up and clearly visible... and the overall look of the cake was not professional. The taste of the cake was fine, but the fondant was over a half of an inch thick... way to much fondant. when I called to talk to the owner about the problems, he talked to me and told me he would call me back in a few days. 3 weeks later, after repeated calls from me and unreturned messages, I finally got him on the phone. The owner said that he hadnt returned my phone calls in 3 weeks because he is just too busy. I was told that the problems were not thier fault, and when i asked him about the specific issues with the cake, he said that they just dont make cakes with problems. He actually said that the cake issues were MY FAULT because I had set the tiers on top of each other the day of the wedding (I am a pastry chef, I know how to stack cake tiers). All I asked for was an apology (not a refund like I thought I deserved), and I was told that as a general business policy they do not apologize for problems that they do not feel are thier fault. The only thing he did was say he was sending me a $50 gift certificate, which I will not be using. I would hate for someone else to have a terrible wedding cake, so please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
