I didn't realise until after the event how invaluable Thea was to me on the day of the wedding: that's because I didn't have to worry about her doing her job at all! I saw her just at one point in the midst of frantic getting ready, as she popped her head in to the dressing room to deliver mine and bridal party flowers. Behind the scenes, in the chapel and reception area she was organising all floral arrangements, cake flowers and boutonnieres for all groomsmen and family, doing so with skill, unobtrusiveness and professionalism, as my family passed on to me later. She took special care not to put pressure on me or my family as she did her job, which I now realise was so important.During the process, as I arranged my wedding from overseas, she was quick to respond and collaborate over email, and changed the look of my flowers as I changed my mind in developing my wedding style, all the time sticking to my budget, adjusting and suggesting what could be done.She was a lovely lady to work with and I trusted her completely. That trust is worth paying for on your wedding day.
