Everything went fine with our tux rentals, except that somehow the date for our wedding was entered incorrectly, but a simple phone call on our part corrected that.

The tuxidos were nice but they did cost a lot! They were perfect for the occasion

I did not like the fact that the men were not able to try on a tux prior to ordering it, but they were overall great. We were able to manage the groomsmen's tux from another state.

I wasn't too satisfied with my experience. I felt like each time I came into the store (once to sign up and once to retrieve and bring back the tuxes), that the sales clerks would quickly try to get our meeting over with and weren't too professional. I dropped over $800 of my own money to get everyone their tuxes and I felt like for the price I was paying ($180/tux) that they should have been a bit more friendly. It was night and day compared to my dress shopping experience. They just wanted us in and out fast and didn't seem to be paying enough close attention to each particular case. I had chosen them originally because I thought they would give us better service than the competitors but was disappointed.

We have used Men's warehouse a few times simply b/c they are the best at being flexible all around the country. We had family (groomsmen) coming from all over the place and it was easy for them to get fitted and pick up their tuxes here the day before the wedding. But they have forgotten the GROOM's tux before and we had a hard time getting them to do ANYTHING about it. But since they are nationwide they were the best choice for us. The tux looked great though!

Very helpful, large quantity to choose from! All measurements were right on, very friendly! Called if they had any questions and for reminders!

We used Men's Wearhouse for all of the men in the wedding. They wore black Calvin Klein tuxedos with ivory shirts. They looked really nice and we didn't have any problems with getting them. They had everything ready for us to pick up when we got there. We did get a higher end tuxedo because we wanted lightweight material since we were going to be in hot weather, however, I still think that it was a little expensive for a man's tuxedo for a two day rental. But, that is how all of them are. So, if you can, I would suggest buying your tuxedos well in advance where you can find a sale or a 2 for 1 deal or something, because the prices might not be too different. XOXO,Coco

Actually, we used Men's Warehouse where we live, in Dallas, Tx, and in Rogers, Ar near where we were married in Fayetteville. But it doesn't matter because we've experienced problems with them all over the US when we've been involved in weddings & formal events. For our wedding- went to MW in Allen, TX. My husband was measured there and we set up our wedding group #, etc there as well. The day before we left for ARK, we received a call from them that our best man had not been measured. I spent the entire next day working with MW to find out why he had receipts for his tux and MW didn't show it. Turns out the employee entered his information wrong in the system. Then my husband's tux was ALL wrong. His shirt was too small and the sleeves came up to his elbows, the pants too long and vest and jacket too tight. Yes, he was measured. One groomsman's shirt looked like a dress with really short sleeves. Another groomsman tried to use a discount coupon for tux rental and they said he couldn't use it because it was for prom rentals only; while nowhere on the coupon did it specify "prom rental only". They made my husband and best man sit and wait for the UPS delivery the morning of our wedding to get his corrected garments which made them 45 minutes late for pre-wedding photography that didn't get done.

So my husband went and got fitted for his tux at the Rogers, AR location. Apparently the guy who fitted him, measured him two sizes too small. (We found this out when he went to go pick up the tux and try it on at the Men's Warehouse in Charleston, SC, where we got married.) While my husband was getting fitted for his tux in AR, he said all of a sudden a rush of blood came pouring out of the guy's nose. The guy looked embarrassed and said to my husband, "We are done here." And then I imagine, he went and jotted down the wrong size. We suspect the employee had a bit of a cocaine problem. Fortunately the Men's Warehouse in Charleston quickly ordered the right size in time for our wedding.

Excellent selection of tuxedos and suits. Several different colors to choose for the vests from to match the wedding theme.

Very easy to deal with, especially with groomsmen from all across the country. Everything was perfect and the people were nice.

They were nice, but not many options. They did hem the pants and press everything.
