We used the Fayetteville, Ar branch of this store. Our service was exceptional. But my husband's tungsten ring was dropped on the day of the wedding and broke in two and we had to borrow a friend's ring for the ceremony. But we had no problem with getting a refund on it. Very sympathetic salespeople and multiple apologies.

We really liked dealing with the people at this store. They were for the most part friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want. They listened to us very well.
