Both my engagement ring and wedding band are from Blue Nile. The customer service is exemplary. And my rings....WOW. I love them! I was a little wary of ordering the band on line without seeing it together with my engagement ring first. But after reading other customer reviews on their site, I was able to determine the best band to go with my engagement ring....and it is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend checking out Blue Nile.

Wow, talk about making it easy to find a ring! And the prices are unbeatable, often about 50% less than in a bricks and mortar jeweler. Awesome selection. And the packaging is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Both my engagement and wedding rings, as well as my wedding day earrings and necklace were purchased from Blue Nile. They have great prices and we found internet coupon codes as well. Items always shipped quickly. When I bent a prong on my engagement ring, they were easy to work with to have it repaired.

Of course not being able to touch and feel the ring before buying it is a little risky and hard to decide upon, but Blue Nile made the choice very worth it. The ring was exactly as pictured, and from the selection they had it was a tough choice to pick the one I got. Overall, the ordering process was extremely easy and fast- no issues with payment or processing, and shipment arrived in a week.

I can't say enough about the wedding rings we ordered from Blue Nile. They were exactly as described, and were unique to our taste and I just loved them. We bought a ring for each of us and it didn't cost as much as we thought, even though the rings look like they are worth a lot. Great vendor overall !

My husband bought my engagement ring through BlueNile and it's exactly what I wanted (platinum trellis ring) and the price was great! Finding a wedding band to go with it was difficult. Thankfully, BlueNile has an excellent return policy and so we bought/returned two different rings before loving the third. :) Great value and it's beautiful!
