Alfred Angelo Bridal Little Rock Store

The staff is so nice and make buying your dress a very pleasurable moment. This purchase can definitely be a high stress moment but with them it was easy. There are lots of things to stress about when planning this event and when a vendor comes along and takes one of the stressors away it is PRICELESS!

I would not recommend Alfred Angelo's. It wasn't the dress... I liked my dress... The service was less than average. They lost my flower hairpiece in the store for weeks and I finally got it in 2 weeks before the wedding after ordering it two months before that. Also, they only do alterations on Mondays. Period. That was really difficult to work with due to my schedule and my bustle snapped before we even needed it. Frustrating.

First, I would like to say that the sales associate that worked with me was phenominal. She was so sweet and fun and cheerful... and I could go on and on. My dress was GORGEOUS and fit like a glove, and the cost was very reasonable. My only complaint and the reason the store did not recieve all 5's is that the seamstress was not helpful, not professional, and extremely unorganized. I drove 2hrs after work one night to pick up my dress for my bridal portraits, and she not only forgot to bring it to the store... she forgot she was supposed to have finished it. The seamstress was completely unapologetic and showed blatant disregard for the inconvenience she caused. On the other hand, the store manager was so sweet about the whole thing. She even wrote me a note about how sorry she was and offered to cover the cost of my gas for the trip or deliver the dress to me herself prior to my bridal portraits. I just wish I would have chosen someone else to do the alterations on my dress.

When I found my dress at Alfred Angelo, the team seemed so helpful and nice! However, once I had purchased my dress, this company didn't seem to care about me once they already had my money. The messed up 4 of my bridesmaids dresses and didn't even offer a discount. One bridesmaids dress didn't even arrive until the day before our wedding because the store "forgot to order it," not once, but twice! I spoke to customer service multiple times and they were rude and refused to help me. They told me I had to speak to the regional manager who was the most unprofessional man I have ever dealt with. He never returned my phone calls and treated me with the utmost disrespect. He told me that the problems with the orders were all my fault and the company took no responsibility; even though I would place my orders and the actual order would sit around for weeks before getting placed.If you are looking for a bridal store to help you with your big day, then this is not the place to go.

Very sweet, encouraging, and considerate employees! My dress was perfect, and the prices were great, too.
