Floral Express

Floral Express is a family owned and operated business located in Little Rock, Arkansas since 1989.  Prior to and during the first few years of the opening of Floral Express we operated a full service wedding consulting business called Precious Memories which opened in 1986.  This business included  complete planning services from the rings to the honeymoon and everything between.  In 1993 we decided to concentrate exclusively on the flowers.  Flowers bring breath-taking beauty to any ceremony regardless of how small or how large.
