Hello and Welcome to my site.  My name is Douglas Kinney and I am an ordained minister with credentials to preform ceremonies in both Arkansas and Oklahoma.  I have several years of pastoral experience and have conducted numerous wedding ceremonies from the traditional religious to the casual contemporary.   

I will do my best to make your day special and one you can be proud to remember.  I preform ceremonies based on the wishes of the couple or if you need some ideas to help make your ceremony special, I am willing to offer suggestions for your approval.
